What we’re looking for:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and providing superior service to our merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle service tickets promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our merchants.
- Assisting with merchant pricing updates and client success
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the payment processing or fintech industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle service tickets effectively.
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting technology and software.
Compensation:
- This role will earn $72k in the first year and grow. We can negotiate ongoing residuals for uncapped earning potential for the accounts managed.
